Bon Apetit Vergas Uncork'd

Once again we're heading to Bon Apetit Magazine's Vegas Uncork'd event May 5 - 8. We've attended this 3 times now and it's always amazing. Great chefs. Great events. Great food. You don't buy a ticket for the entire event. You simply pick the events you'd like to attend over the 4 days and buy those tickets individually. The events are in various restaurants and venues around Vegas.

This year we're attending an event with Chef Julian Serrano called Que Viva Espana . It's being held at Picasso at The Bellagio Hotel . This event is sold out but there are plenty of other events to choose from.And if you've never been, be sure to check out the Grand Tasting event that's held poolside at Caesar's Palace. Fantastic!

Take a culinary tour with acclaimed chef Julian Serrano at this Masters’ Series Luncheon as he explores the regional cuisine of Spain where Pablo Picasso spent part of his life. The elegant restaurant named for the artist is home to paintings and ceramics by Picasso that inspire the senses.

My goal is to get my photo taken with as many famous chefs as possible so I can add them to the right hand column here where I post all my pics with famous chefs. Would be nice to get pics with Julian Serrano, Tom Colicchio, Guy Savoy and Joel Rubuchon.
