vegas uncork'd
At China Poblano at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. Tom Colicchio from Top Chef and Jose Andres just across the room. Stopped by their table for a pic. Steamed buns called When Pigs Fly and lamb pot stickers.Yum.
