End of Summer Cooking Challenge

My friend Larry's gonna go catch some fresh fish - perhaps catfish or black bass - and then I'm gonna cook it in a banana leaf from my banana tree in the backyard. Have always wanted to try this. Since it's the end of summer and the banana tree won't last too much longer, I've challenged Larry to get out and catch some fish! Here's what it might look like, except I plan to add some coconut sticky rice inside the banana leaf and maybe some vegies. Stay tuned.
