Vegas Uncorked

Ok. Need help here. Trying to be conservative in these 'troubled' times, but my husband insists on taking me places. He wants to take me to the Vegas Uncorked show May 7-10. Am I crazy to resist???? Threee days of food, famous chefs and general gluttony.
