Today's dinner-Lobster Rolls

Well today's dinner comes courtesy of Ed's brother, Steve Farrar, who for Ed's 50th birthday, sent us all the makings for delicious Lobster Rolls. He ordered it from the Dean & Deluca catalog. If you haven't ordered anything from there, you MUST. Just wonderful stuff. www.deananddeluca.com

The lobster rolls are simply their delicious lobster salad, with MUCH lobster and LITTLE mayo, and you put it between what they call Downeast Split Top Rolls, which are the kind of hot dog rolls I grew up on in Syracuse, NY. Not sure how to describe them but they're different than our regular rolls here. They have more white on top and are kind of square on top.

Anyway, after last night's feast, no cooking tonight! Just pop that lobster into those rolls, make a little side salad, and voila. Dinner is served.
